三电平Boost变换器升压电感的选值方法

摘要

本发明属于直流变换器设计领域,涉及一种三电平Boost变换器升压电感的选值方法,包括如下步骤:确定三电平Boost变换器的预期工作模式,为连续导电模式还是不连续导电模式,若为连续导电模式,则确定工作模式是电感独立供能模式还是电感-电容供能模式,给出计算不连续导电模式和连续导电模式的临界电感值的公式和计算电感独立供能模式与电感-电容供能模式间的临界电感的公式;根据临界电感公式、变换器的工作模式及相关参数确定升压电感取值。根据本发明给出的方法,可合理地选取升压电感的感值,从而有效地避免由于电感过小无法满足变换器设计要求或电感过大造成的材料浪费。
